Eat to Live is an all vegan diet designed by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Only fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds are allowed; no oils, dairy, sugar, or even juices (bit of an exaggeration, but for our purposes this is accurate enough) are permitted.
